One of the best things about Arietta Point is also the most annoying thing for potential residents. There are just not that many homes for sale here. The community only has approximately 40 homes. Although that makes it pretty awesome to me, only 1 home sold in the previous 2 years. People just do not want to give up homes on the lake. Why? Lake Arietta is fantastic and way, way less expensive than a comparable home to the northeast.
