Coachman Square will rarely have homes for sale. Coachman Square in south Lakeland Florida is a small community of less than 20 new homes. I believe the first of these homes was built in 2018 and all construction should be completed soon.
The homes in this community are very nice. Homes for sale in south Lakeland FL are typically nicer than their northern counterparts. These homes may have brick driveways and several other attractive features. The community does not have a community pool or sports courts but the HOA is also very reasonable. It has been $600 per year but of course that can change a little.
Are you pre-approved for a home loan yet? Contact us today for assistance with loan pre-approval with a local loan officer. You may calculate home loan payments here.
Expect most of the homes to have slightly over 2000 square feet and sell for the mid to high $300,000’s. No home to date that we are aware of has sold for over $400,000. With so few homes in the community the re-sales should be limited to only one or two per year. New homes with low utilities are hard to let go of.
Local shopping for groceries should be at the Sam's Club which is about 2 miles to the north. Since the entrance to Coachman Square is on Lakeland Highlands and so is Sam's Club. By the grocer you will also be able to visit the Lowes Home Improvement when needed. If you prefer Publix or use US-98 for commuting you will find the Publix Supermarket on the corner of US-98 and Clubhouse Road just under 3 miles to your east.
The public schools are Highlands Grove Elementary (.87 miles away), Lakeland Highlands Middle School and George W Jenkins High School. I’ll confirm the schools when we assist you with any Lakeland FL or Coachman Square homes for sale.
