There is only one entrance to the neighborhood. It is gated and located on the north side of Crews Lake Drive. Inside you will not find a community pool, no community park just attractive homes with nice yards. The homes here were built between 2003 and 2006 and are anywhere from 1,870 square feet to 2,959 square feet of living space.  There are a couple of homes with 5 bedrooms but most have the 3-4 bedroom floor plans. In the previous two years (2018-2019) only 5 homes have sold. The median price was $287,000 which is higher than the average price in Lakeland.
