Reflections of Juliana is one of the communities I considered when I made my final home purchase here. In stead I went with a lakefront home to the south. However I really liked this community so it is easy for me to share information on it.

The streets here are not the typical north and south design. They wrap around the homes and seem to almost always be turning. All except Raintree Court which is the street the lakefront homes are on. These homes would all be over a million dollars in many central Florida communities. Someday people will look at the lake front homes in Auburndale and be amazed that they could be purchased at the current prices for them.

Reflections of Juliana Housing Market 

The median price for a non-lakefront home is around $275,000 based on the last 10 sales. The nicest home sold for $351,000. The lakefront homes are selling for more but there are of course not many of them sold. In the previous 2 years 4 of them did sell and a couple of them needed a little repair after the hurricane passed through. Thankfully that rarely happens. The lakefront homes sold for prices ranging from $350,000 to $650,000.
