Shaddock Estates is located in the northern part of Auburndale. Just a short distance from several of the areas more beautiful lakes and scenery. Unfortunately due to the size of this community few homes sell in it. In the previous 2 years only 9 have sold. The median sales price was $236,000 and no home sold for over $275,000.

The Homes Here

All of the homes here were built between 2002 and 2005. They range in size from a cozy 1,642 square feet up to over 4,000 square feet. The homes look attractive and relatively new. Most of the homes in this part of town are well maintained.

There are no real community features other than the gated entrance. However there are some deed restrictions and of course an HOA. Currently the HOA fee is around $500 per year and the contact number is 863-686-3700. If that changes let us know and we will update it.

Sooner of later we all must run to the store. Walmart Supercenter on US-92 is around 4 miles from the community entrance.
