Local shopping is why I mentioned Lake Miriam Drive. Take that road to Florida Avenue South and you are at a Publix Supermarket 1.6 miles from the community. If you prefer take Lake Miriam Drive east to Lakeland Highlands Road and go north. 2.5 miles from the community there is a Sam's Club.
