Waterview like most of the communities in this part of the city was built beginning in the late 1990's. The first homes here were completed in 1998 and the last one was finished in 2004. There is a brand new home across the street but it is not in this subdivision. Other than that there just is not much space left for homes.

Early on people learned to love the lifestyle here. it's peaceful and people for the most part are still cordial and polite. Not that there is very much traffic other than people that live nearby because we are kind of off the more beaten path and we like it that way.

Shopping From Waterview

Part of being off the beaten path is having to take a short but at least scenic drive to the local supermarket. Walmart Supercenter is where I go and it is around 4 miles away to the southwest. Across US-92 from Walmart there is a Lowes Home Improvement. Also there are restaurants, part stores etc. all over US-92.
