Golf Course Communities In South Lakeland FL

There are 2 large golf course communities in South Lakeland FL. Grasslands and Eaglebrooke. Grasslands was kind enough to allow us to take the photograph above. These two communities are fairly large and golfing communities will typically have a slightly higher resale rate than most.

Lakeland FL Golf Course Communities

Grasslands Golf and Country Club is a privately owned club. It is owned by it's members and you can be a member and not live in the Grasslands community. There are a lot of great smaller communities located in Grasslands so you can likely find what you are looking for here. This is a gated community and beautiful from the moment you turn onto Grasslands Blvd you will agree. This community is located in Southwestern Lakeland Florida not far from the Polk Pkwy Expressway (570) and the local Lakeside Village for shopping.

Eaglebrooke is located more southern than its' counterpart Grasslands. This course has public tee times, member tee times and silver member tee times available. The public tee times are surprisingly affordable for such an attractive course. 

The community is filled with some very nice homes. The median price is slightly over $340,000 based on 2019 data. 13 homes sold for less, 13 homes sold for more with the highest priced home going for over $800,000.
