This list of restaurants in Winter Haven FL is based on my personnel experience and online reviews from several sites. I am the type of person who can either eat in a classy formal restaurant or stop by and get a burger or barbeque at a portable diner with a grill behind a truck. I just love good food and I have begun to realize that you can find it anywhere.

Winter Haven FL

I remember eating at street diners in South America back in the 1980’s. You had to be careful or they would give you yesterdays food if they new you were not local. They always new I was not a local. So, I often hung out with co workers who could do the communicating while I watched.

Once in France George Nunez and I were eating at a street side diner. The waitress happened to be snobbish and rude and George did not appreciate it. So when she asked him if we needed anything else George asked her “can you say that in German?” She replied no. George said “you’re welcome”. That made the food taste even better.

I’m sure you have fond memories similar to these. Maybe you fell in love with the person of your dreams while having your favorite food. As you can see by the addresses most of these are located in the same general area. There are over 100 restaurants in this city and I am sure I left off some which are amazing. Namely barbeque restaurants although I do really love barbeque, I also have an amazing commercial oven and grill at my own home.
